"If you really want to be entertained, you have to drive at least
thirty minutes to the nearest concert hall or South Street. Sucks."

We are home of the soft pretzel and cheese steak We are home of the soft pretzel and cheese steak. And no other place can make water ice as great as we can. Home of the Liberty Bell and where Ben Franklin flew his kite, I should be proud of these things, should I not? I live in Bensalem. That's right outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It's the same little town that's outside every big town. "Where's Bensalem?" people ask. "Right outside Philly," I always say. There's not much to do around here. Considering I'm a teenager, some places are off limits. Forget about the clubs. And driving past midnight ... completely out of the question. Yeah, we've got the movie theaters and the malls. If you really want to be entertained, you have to drive at least thirty minutes to the nearest concert hall or South Street. Sucks. Philly's awesome. We have our little accent -- a cross between New York and a Southern drawl. South Street is filled with hippie shops that stretch onward for miles. Then you have your historical stuff. There's the Liberty Bell and Eufreth's Alley and a whole bunch of stuff about Ben Franklin, Betsy Ross, etc. Too bad I live in Bensalem.
